Cape Canaveral Space Force Station
Fifty-three Starlink satellites are launched into orbit aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket at 7:19 a.m. on 13 November 2021 from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. This is the ninth launch and landing of this Falcon 9 first stage booster, which previously launched Crew Demo-2, ANASIS-11, CRS-21, Transporter-1, and now five Starlink missions. Eventually, a constellation of thousands of Starlink satellites orbiting the Earth will provide internet access anywhere on the planet.
The rocket rose out of a ground-hugging fog that obscured the launch pad before rising into the clear morning sky above.
