Launch Complex 39A Kennedy Space Center |
A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched 21 Starlink satellites, including 13 with Direct to Cell capabilities, to low-Earth orbit from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center at 12:35 a.m. on 23 December 2024. Following stage separation, Falcon 9's first stage landed on the Just Read the Instructions droneship stationed in the Atlantic Ocean. This is the 14th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched Axiom-2, Axiom-3, CRS-30, SES 24, Cygnus NG-21, Euclid, and seven Starlink missions. |
