Hot Bird 6 (Atlas V) 21 August 2002	Space Launch Complex 41 Cape Canaveral Air Force Station
The inaugural launch of the new Atlas 5 rocket from Complex 41 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station lifts off at 6:05 p.m. carrying a communication satellite for Europe, Eutelsat's Hot Bird 6, on 21 August 2002.
