A patchy, overcast sky mixed with an occasional rain shower did not hinder an exuberant exercise of flight practice today by the female nestling and the aggressive nestling. Following is a collection of images showing their tremendous progress as they achieve higher altitudes and longer hover times over the nest. The excitement is building to the day they actually fly away from their home for the first time. |
